Before the sun comes up, the Welcome Building Maintenance team is already working hard to ensure our clients’ businesses are clean and ready for the day. Most days our staff is at the office and ready to roll out by 4 AM! You read that right, a 4 AM start time often means our staff is up and on the road by 3:00 in the morning ready to sweep parking lots and garages, remove graffiti, picking up trash, hauling away random debris, make dump runs and cleaning solar panels.
